Due to the nature of our product; all nails being hand painted and made after you place your order, at this time we are not able to offer any refunds. All sales are final.

Please note the turn around times for your order(s). We are not responsible for you ordering the wrong size nails, please be sure to size your nails correctly and if you are unsure, please order a nail sizing kit.
